Description: Relationships play a vital role in our day-to-day life. However, we often need to examine or revisit the foundation of our relationships. Our time will be spent empowering, educating, and engaging participants to gain the self and collective insight necessary to promote diversity, equity, inclusiveness, belonging, and accessibility in their interactions with colleagues, consumers, and the wider community.

Learning Objectives:
• The benefits of strength-based relationships
• How cultural proficiency can facilitate building relationships
• The need to modernize our relationship approach
